Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with the exception of subscription orders where it is already included. Your shopping cart will display your shipping cost. We can ship anywhere in the world, but we may contact you to discuss the costs and/or options outside North America prior to processing your order. We use a variety of carriers, including UPS and USPS, to deliver an order depending on the items ordered and their delivery destination.
Our goal is to ship out orders within three business days from the date received. Most orders in the 48 states are received by our customers in 6 business days. All processing and delivery times are based on business days; this excludes weekends and holidays.
Every order is thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, that the payment method is valid, and that the customer is authorized to use the payment method. Please note that credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.
If we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified via the e-mail address provided with your on-line order, and we will ship them as soon as possible.
Customer satisfaction is our goal. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us at service@shop4RC or call us at 1-203-431-7787. Arrangements will be made regarding replacements, returns, and refunds.
If a refund is necessary, and the purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a refund check sent under separate cover.
